How did you get started in your art?
I got my start with the Theater Program at Tri-Cities high school. I loved being backstage and seeing all the lights. the live productions showed me how you could start something from scratch and make it into something new with actors, actresses, and sets. This inspired me to continue my art and stay passionate about it.
What inspires you to create?
The idea of having complete freedom, no rules. you can continue going, and never lose inspiration throughout the entire creative process. Another thing that inspires me is keeping hope alive.
What is your favorite piece of equipment to use and why?
favorite piece of equipment would be my Gimbal stabilizer (Monza Air 2) along with my camera (Sony A7ii). creating vivid work and candid ideas become easier as well as smooth.
What goes into capturing the “perfect” image?
my eyes are the Passion and true emotions of those that I’m capturing images of. My Hard work and dedication go into creating the perfect image and can show that as a photographer I care about their work.
What other things are you involved in or passionate about?
I am also the passionate founder of “Homies The Lifestyle.” At “homies the lifestyle” we host creative social platforms for youth and peers that help foster character traits that in turn help to nourish our community. creating a safe environment for others to discover their own passions; is what drives me.
Who are your biggest influences?
My biggest influences are my mom, dad, cousins, nieces, aunts, uncles, nephews, grandparents, peers, people whom i look up to and are near to my heart.
How would you like to see your work impact your community?
I would like my impact on the community to be that i encourage people to be more passionate, creative, and authentic.
